Photobooth Fun

I love the bond between a mother and her daughters. More so, I love the bond my sister and I share with my mom and each other. My family spent the Fourth of July weekend at my sister's house. We had a great weekend. Not only did we get some great deals, but we had a lot of laughs. One specifically: my four year old nephew stuck two fries in his nose and started to "hee haw" like a donkey. Hi-larious! I love spending time with such amazing people! Oh, and we even got my mom to go in the photobooth! Check out a few of our awesome pics here! I look forward to many more great memories with my family!

I Can Tell That We Are Gonna Be Friends

Last weekend Amy and I took a roomie reunion road trip to visit Sarah at New Life Ranch in Colcord, OK. This trip was long overdue! Here are the top 10 best things about the weekend:
10. Driving through the country. Nothing is more breathtaking than seeing God’s beautiful creation on display!
9. Not having cell phone service for 16 hours. It was so peaceful!
8. Attempting to go zip lining at midnight…
7. Belting out Rascal Flatts with Amy in the car!
6. Sleeping in a yurt. It wasn’t that exciting but I like saying yurt!
5. Seeing not just one, but two beavers along the highway…and they were in two completely different towns…and yes…we named them and created our version of their life stories.
4. Taking a wrong turn in Arkansas only to discover a farm of camels and zebras!
3. Laughing and reminiscing about the good ole days in the apartment!
2. Dancing in the car with Amy!
And the best thing about the weekend was…

1. Hanging out with two of my awesome friends! I dearly miss being your roomie!!!
